Anysize takes the paperwork grunt-work out of providing contract professional services in Information Technology & Services, Engineering, Drafting, or any other hourly or project oriented service delivery. That frees you to do what you do best. Why fill in government and banking forms with time that you would rather work for clients? Members operate independently but may also work with others to bid and work on larger projects. Many of our members find working on joint projects a worthwhile option but there is no expectation that members will participate in joint projects unless they are interested. Anysize services include: - Invoicing, collections and corporate banking done on your behalf.
- Payroll or other re-imbursement to you via Electronic Funds Transfer or cheque (your choice).
- Standard business insurances: Workers Compensation, Public Liability, and where needed: Professional Indemnity and Income Protection.
- Compliance with Commonwealth and state legislation for contracting businesses, in particular this includes Commonwealth and state legislation on employment, taxation and corporations laws.
- Arrangements such as sub-contracting, specific superannuation requirements, novated leasing, fringe-benefits packaging can be organised — please discuss your requirements with the coordinator.
- Anysize is not an agency and does not have the infrastructure to find jobs for contractors, that is the main reason why it costs so much less than using an agency. However, members do occasionally advise the coordinator about opportunities which may be of interest to potential members - this information is passed on at no charge.
- Provides you with a pool of like-minded contractors with whom you may wish to bid on larger contracts from time to time.
- Cleaner, safer legal and tax situation than a one-man company structure.
- In short, Anysize is a shared-cost operating infrastructure.
Essential policiesAnysize operates according the following policies: - Encourages you to agree directly with your clients on your own client billing rates and terms, but will assist in these negotiations if you wish.
- Operates under a "transparent" basis that is, we disclose to members the rate paid by their client and how all it is distributed in the form of payroll, superannuation, taxes, insurance, administrative overhead, etc. The Anysize coordinator work through real-life examples with you.
- Places no restrictions on your departure - we do not use non-competition clauses.
- Places no restrictions on contracting directly or becoming employed by a client in the future or concurrently with Anysize membership.
- Makes no claims on your intellectual property, but will support your IP arrangements with your client(s).
- We try to make Anysize as flexible for you as owning your own Pty Ltd company would be, while relieving you of all the complaince work:
- Run one or more FBT lease vehicles,
- Buy business equipment and tools such as notbook computers, pre-tax.
- Put as much super whereever you want, including self-managed funds.

For Employers
Anysize is an attractive proposition to employers because: - Employment costs and responibility is legally the responsibility of Anysize:
- Superannuation,
- Payroll Tax,
- Workers Compensation Insurance,
- Payroll processing, inlcuding dealing with:
- sick leave,
- public holidays,
- annual leave, and,
- long service leave;
- Professional Indemnity were required;
- Anysize is not an agency and so does not add the costs of marketing, job search, and interviewing. This reduces the margin substantially where employers find their own contractors or contractors find their own clients.
- Because we impose far less cost to a contract than an agency, employers pay less for contract staff, yet have more committed contractors on board because they too are better off financially;
- Anysize can work with your accounts payable section via any of the following:
- Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Invoicing,
- Paper invoices for contractors either invidually or as a group,
- Emailed invoices in .PDF, .DOC, .RTF, .ODT or any other electronic document format,
- Payment via negotialble commercial terms,
- Payments by EFT, Direct Credit, Direct Debit, or cheque as needed.
- Our members come from a pool of members. Often word of mouth referrals can provide you with additional suitable staff without extensive search or agency costs.
