However, over the years several colleagues approached Mark to ask how to go about doing contracting/consulting. Once the business grew to over ten consultants, Mark took time out to learn about business management, via a Master of Business Administration degree. The operation continued to grow, almost entirely by word of mouth, and has included as many as 40 senior consultants, including people working via regional tele-commute, in three states of Australia, and occassional short-term overseas contracts.
